@xmasb: forskjellige passord er fint, men krever så utrolig mye. jeg har et passord som jeg bruker de fleste ikke viktige steder
@tormodh: hva med å lage et møønster; alle passord laget av to biter, en fast bit og en inspirert av tjenesten?
@tormodh: Fast bit må være vanskelig å gjette men kan være lik for alle passord; "syk84" for eksempel.
@tormodh: den andre biten er basert på fast mønster - feks. annenhver bokstav i tjeneste; gmail: gal -> syk84gal, twitter: titr --> syk84titr

… this is the reality today. One cup of black, and then the big beast of a machine is out of brew. This is going to be a long day.

The management has been informed about the disaster in an appropriate volume of noise, and I hope the lack of coffee will subside. Soon.

So, then I’ll commit some code and tick off the tasks. Better get some coffee, brb.. no— d’oh!

…it feels strangly productive. Coffee is better than at work, but a tiny bit more expensive as well. As in not free.

Free wi-fi and VPN coupled with the fact that I don’t need much bandwith makes it usable. I miss the dual-widescreen setup, but the laptop does have a fullsize keyboard, and hotkeys and a keyboard launcher makes the missing mouse not a big loss.

Here’s the answer. Brilliant tool for … brilliant people? You could also try the Gimp (opensource, multiplatform), but I feel that Paint.NET is easier to handle.

Procrastinating my spare time away

Now, I’m kind of getting backlogged with everything I should be/want to be doing in my spare time. My GReader backlog is at >1000 items, my inboxes are filled, projects on hold, ideas abound…

Only real accomplishment lately is that I managed to get myself a Nintendo DS Lite. Silver. Um, yay me?

This evening I will have some “time off”. Now, if I can stay away from Civ4, my DS, any of many random old games I’m picking at again… I’ll be able to write down my thoughts for this month’s Round Table over at Corvus’ place. I start to run out of time there, and really want to say my piece.

I also should work on my Wordpress theme, and get back to using one blog. I mean, I manage to produce content for half a blog (at best)… I shouldn’t be running around playing with a handful of blogs. Stupid me. Though I wanted them to have kind of different focus.

Now, then this was off my mind. Back to doing something productive.
